From Leaseholder to Industry Leader
My foray into property management began as a Leaseholder in a London building plagued by mismanagement. Taking charge as the Leader of the Residents Association, I spearheaded efforts to instigate positive changes alongside my supportive neighbors. This transformative experience fueled my determination to delve deeper into the intricacies of property management.
Pioneering Change: Integrity Property Management Ltd
Driven by a commitment to excellence, I took proactive steps by acquiring the Freehold of the troubled building and another, leading to the establishment of Integrity Property Management Ltd in 2005. Through dedication and continuous learning, I acquired industry qualifications culminating in the prestigious MIRPM in 2008 and Fellowship of IRPM in 2017.
Setting New Standards: Legal Transformation
In a ground-breaking move in 2016, Integrity evolved into a pioneering law firm, becoming the first regulated legal entity in the UK authorized to manage blocks of flats. This innovative approach underscores our unwavering dedication to professionalism and ethical standards.
Beyond Property Management: A Passion for Football and Refereeing
Beyond my professional endeavours, I find joy as an ardent Chelsea supporter and a seasoned FA Referee with three decades of experience officiating matches in North London. Embracing diverse interests adds depth to my character and fuels my drive for excellence.
